Synopsis

In the peaceful village of Devil's End something very strange is happening. An archaeologist is preparing to open a nearby Bronze Age burial mound. A local white witch foresees death and disaster. The new vicar of Devil's End is the secret leader of a satanic coven and looks suspiciously like the Master. Despite the Doctor's attempts to stop the disaster, an ancient alien Daemon who has remained trapped to judge humanity's worthiness is ready to rise again...
