- Synopsis
- When the TARDIS lands in the sleepy English village of Devesham, Sarah Jane thinks the Doctor has finally got her back home. But it quickly becomes apparent that something is very wrong - the village seems deserted, the telephones don't work, calendars are stuck on the same date, coins are all minted from the same date... and white-suited figures are wandering about aimlessly. When the dead begin to come back to life, the Doctor decides to contact UNIT. But even their UNIT friends are dangerously changed. The time travellers soon realise that they are in the middle of a simulacrum for the imminent invasion of Earth...
