Like thousands of New Yorkers, Richard Sherman (Tom Ewell) is stuck working in Manhattan in August while his wife and kids enjoy a nice vacation at the beach. Following his wife's recommendations, he is ready to give up smoking, drinking, going to bed early and, above all, not to lose a hair in the air. Desde mi punto de vista, la mejor película de Marylin, la "tentación" más sexy de la historia del cine, viva donde viva.
La película es divertida y entretenida. Pero sobre todo, es impresionante el papel interpretado por Tom Ewell, sencillamente genial, increíblemente creíble. Entre los dos, tan diferentes, casi opuestos, consiguen un cocktail que difícilmente dejará mal sabor de boca.
