La serie toca cuestiones verosímiles sobre la naturaleza del bien y mal. Hace al espectador, replantearse el "gran plan de Dios" y el rol de la iglesia como institución. Esoterismo, seres sobrenaturales, magia, espejos que reflejan tus miedos, traiciones y monstruos a lo Lovecraft son algunos de los ingredientes de una gran serie que pone de manifiesto el gran amor de Alex De La Iglesia y Jorge Guerrica Echevarría por esta temática. Una serie pretenciosa con algunos momentos de cgi cuestionable pero a la vez "perdonable" porque el producto final vale la pena y compensa.
