Horror. Mystery. Thriller
Office worker Marion Crane is fed up with the way life has treated her. One Friday Marion is entrusted with $40,000 to take to the bank. Seeing the opportunity to keep the money and start a new life, Marion leaves town. Tired after the long drive and caught in a storm, she gets off the main highway and pulls into The Bates Motel. The motel Manager Norman Bates oddly seems to be dominated by his mother.

Una película redonda donde las haya. El guión impecable, todos los cabos se van atando, la coherencia interna al discurso hace que los actores interpreten un preciso papel, donde nada se sale de lo que el maestro Hitchcock pretende contarnos.
El suspense está presente desde el primer momento, los elementos que nos inquietan no son solo sino títeres del escenario de la tragedia, donde las escenas individuales, si bien perfectas, no tienes más sentido que el conjunto.
Imprescindible película.
