Para mí es una película decepcionante. Es entretenida de ver pero en ocasiones se hace muy lenta. Considero que es muy previsible y que, incluso, hay un par de detalles del argumento que no quedan muy claros.
Si tengo que elegir una película de Jaume Balagueró sobre edificios siniestros, desde luego, no es esta; me quedó con "Para entrar a vivir", más impactante.
