En apariencia, en forma "Encrucijada de odios" es film noir. Un asesinato, un detective, varios sospechosos, femme fatale y la esposa adorable. Concurren todos los elementos, personajes y estilo. La excelente fotografía de luces y sombras marca el estilo del género.
