Un film algo mediocre, pero gustador. ¿El secreto? Varios puntos a favor: 1. Fuerte y sensual performance de Maribel Verdú, 2. Argumento creíble, 3. Narración movida, 4. Escenas impactantes. Lo malo: naturalismo cercano a la vulgaridad. En todo caso, Cuarón incursionó en temas que el cine latinoamericano, aún demasiado mojigato, no ha explorado con suficiencia.
