La historia tiene sentido, todo está muy bien diseñado. Te hace vivirla aunque el libro es más extenso pero aun así es una maravilla de película.
Podemos apreciar incluso el valor de la amistad. A pesar de su duración, no se te hace larga en ningún momento. La intensidad y el suspense están a cada minuto y cada paso. Una de las mejores adaptaciones cinematográficas de libros. La película evita del libro las tramas inútiles e innecesarias.
Lo mejor: Sus excelentes paisajes.
Lo peor: Falta Tom Bobadil.
