En esta cinta desconocida por el gran público, en el cual me incluyo, hay que destacar tres pilares básicos que la sostienen:
_ El increíble elenco de jovencísimas futuras estrellas de Hollywood que participan, Meryl Streep, Kurt Russell o Cher, o grandísimos secundarios como Craig T.Nelson, Fred Ward, Bruce McGill, M.Emmet Walsh, Will Patton, Bill Cobbs, Diana Scarwid, etc.
