Action The outskirts of Paris, 1984. The neighborhood has become the stomping ground for the immigrant youth. Local gang The Rascals are set on getting everything they can from life. But a new breed of ultra-violent and politicized skinheads –The Boneheads– has emerged in the heart of the capital. The war is beginning and for The Rascals, the age of innocence is over.
