Synopsis
This documentary has as its main purpose to shine a positive light on bodybuilding, power lifting, health and fitness. Also: A Tribute to Reg Park and honoring Muscle beach and all those who inspired us. Guile Branco is a bodybuilder preparing for his last competition taking place at Muscle Beach, Venice. As he prepares he meets several champions and get insight into their lives and why training is so important.
