- The mayor and the secretary of the town council of a small Spanish town go to the city to change the old municipal bus for a new one, and also to have some fun. They promise to be very happy, as they have freedom of action and money, but the reality is quite different. After being swindled and getting into tremendous trouble, they lose the money and are about to go to jail. But a stroke of luck provides them with the vehicle and even the secretary finds true love.
