Synopsis

In a bombed-out city, a young communist is given the difficult task of making sure that three small boats with weapons pass, near the St. George's Canal, following a diversion: the explosion of the German cargo ship Linz, from where the weapons destined Crimea, along with an unknown companion. He is handed the map of the stations in the area, with the password White Seagull. The black caliph. He is immediately silenced by Security agents and the map is uncovered. From here, the whole situation becomes complicated and an extraordinary story of life and love enters the scene. Following a complaint, the lone foreigner is brought to the local gendarmerie post ... He is being investigated by a new colonel who came to the village, Filip. The suspicion and attention that the colonel shows to the smallest detail attract the attention of the gendarmes.
