Synopsis

Retired Mexican-American chef Martin Naranjo shares his Los Angeles home with his three daughters, all three grown, beautiful and single. Although he has long since lost his sense of taste, Martin still lives to cook incredibly opulent dinners for his loved ones. Things take a romantic turn when Dad, a widower, meets a vivacious divorcée looking for a mate and each of his daughters, in turn, finds someone. But they all discover that the recipe for happiness may require some unexpected ingredients... After "Rain on Her Shoes," the Spanish director, who studied film at the American Film Institute, returns to the U.S. to shoot a Latin version of Ang Lee's acclaimed family comedy "Eat, Drink, Love".
