Synopsis

Documentary about the legendary photographer Douglas Kirkland (1934-2022), who portrayed 60 years of pop culture with his camera. Known as 'the photographer to the stars', the film traces the career of a man who over six decades lived through the evolution of Hollywood from its naive beginnings until it became the entertainment business giant it is today. The film features characters such as Sharon Stone, Andy Garcia, Nicole Kidman, Michelle Williams, Paris Hilton and Elle Fanning, all of them immortalized by Douglas Kirkland.
