- Ryo once rode with a biker gang; ever since his friend Tetsuji died riding in September, he's retired from biking, trying to forget the past. A year later, a mysterious man is going around destroying any remaining biker gangs, and Tetsuji gets slowly pulled back into the world he tried to leave.
