Una película de terror de los 80 que, pese a sus medios más bien modestos por haber sido hecha para TV y vídeo, es superior en su resultado a muchas producciones con altos presupuestos.
La vi cuando la estrenaron en Televisión Española a finales de 1988, y es de las mejores películas de terror que recuerdo de aquella época. Después olvidé el título y la estuve buscando muchos años hasta que un día, casualmente, di de nuevo con ella, y me encantó recordarla. Me gustó mucho más que "The Stepford Wives" (1975) o "The Stepford Husband's". De hecho, no te importe saltarte esas dos y ver antes "Los niños de Stepford".
Trama angustiosa y de suspense y un final impactante. No se la pierdan.
