Ultima gran comedia del gran Billy Wilder, todas las claves de su cine, condensadas en esta película. Crítica feroz a tofos los convencionalismos del sistema americano.
Jack Lemmon excelente, como siempre, Juliet Mills no se queda atrás, y para mí el gran descubrimiento que supuso Clive Revill en el papel del gerente del hotel. Tardé tiempo en averiguar que era un actor inglés! Si a todo esto añadimos Ischia y la música italiana, incluyendo "senza fine" del gran Gino Paoli, tenemos una película redonda.
