Comedy Torrente decides to settle in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the town hall of Marbella, and work as a private investigator. There, he is helped by Cuco, who collaborates with him on a part-time basis. Cuco's mission is to unmask Spinelli, a dangerous arms dealer who threatens to destroy the city if he is not paid 2 billion pesetas.

Una de las comedias tontas que más me han hecho reir, sino la que más. Vista ya varias veces, no pierde su encanto. Guión sencillo, reparto urbano y film que deja contentos a todo el mundo, muy especialmente, al que la ve.
