Una pequeña joya. Pequeña porque lo más destacable son las interpretaciones de Ramón y Joan. Grande pareja.
Él guapísimo, hay tomas que sale muy favorecido y juega muy bien la de hermano menos, casi crío (29 años tenía cuando la rodó), y ella (con 23 años) hace muy bien el papel de "niña" que acaba de ser mujer.
El papel de ella dificilísimo, ya que por orden y decreto, se la compromete con un hombre que no quiere, pero como "buena mujer" ha de acatar. Él enamorado de ella, le tira en cara que tiene que amar a su hermano. En fin.... un triángulo amoroso que tanto gusta en Hollywood.
Lo dicho, lo mejor, son los protagonistas por ser grandes actores y despertar una gran ternura. El resto, pues ni fu ni fa.
