Mystery. Horror
After being blinded, young woman goes to live in English countryside with relatives. Out on a date with boyfriend she escapes the fate of the other relatives, who are murdered by a crazed killer. She finally makes the gruesome discovery of their bodies and has to flee on horseback. She is rescued but there are still twists and turns until the murderer is identified.

Una película de ritmo lento, con un guión predecible, aunque se destaca su atmósfera y fotografía, en especial escenas de la casa.
Sobresale la notable actuación de Mía Farrow (diría que unos de sus mejores papeles) a diferencia del demás reparto que tuvo un nivel probrisimo, en general esperaba más de Fleischer
