Película que cumple con el propósito de entretener, en especial a los niños. Guión muy similar a la primera, aunque el peso de la historia recae sobre todo en uno de los cachorros, Patch. El personaje de Cruela Devil está algo desaprovechado, y sus partes me parecieron las más aburridas y lentas.
