In Early 1930's era Italy, air pirates, bounty hunters and high flyers of all sorts rule the skies. Estéticamente brillante. El cine que verán nuestros hijos y el que debió de sustituir a Disney en nuestra infancia.
Deliberadamente infantil (no como otras obras de Miyazaki), pero carente de maldad y de jocoso argumento. Ni mucho menos resulta un hito en la carrera de Hayao, pero desde luego cumple con lo que se espera del director nipón.
Por su contenido, obra menor, pero ya quisieran la mayoría firmar obras menores como esta.
