Quiero que me confeseis todos los que le habeis puesto buena nota que lo habeis hecho por el transfondo final que tiene, y no realmente por lo que vale, ya que hay momentos en los que hay que taparse la nariz de lo que apesta.
La película me la habían vendido en muchos sitios como buena, entrañable, con muchos valores molares positivos y bla, bla, bla y me encuentro con lo siguiente: el mensaje que para mí se transmite en esta película es: "ey, si estás muy chungo en la vida pero vives en una mentira bonita, aunque todo sea falso y mentira, por lo menos estarás feliz, lo importante es estar bien alienado, que no te des cuenta de lo que realmente te pasa" (sigo en el spoiler que no me puedo aguantar más).
La película me la habían vendido en muchos sitios como buena, entrañable, con muchos valores molares positivos y bla, bla, bla y me encuentro con lo siguiente: el mensaje que para mí se transmite en esta película es: "ey, si estás muy chungo en la vida pero vives en una mentira bonita, aunque todo sea falso y mentira, por lo menos estarás feliz, lo importante es estar bien alienado, que no te des cuenta de lo que realmente te pasa" (sigo en el spoiler que no me puedo aguantar más).

Al niño le hacen creer que escribe cartas a Dios porque lo que quieren los médicos es saber lo que piensa, es decir, juegan con su inocencia y le leen las cartas (mandan otras falsas en globo).
Además está el rollo ese de que cada día de su vida es como si fueran 10 años (menuda idiotez soberana, ¿hacía falta decirle eso al pobre niño?, ¿no es más fácil explicarle la realidad y ayudarle a aceptarla?), y !qué bien que calcularon los médicos para saber justo cuando se iba a morir!, ya que no se murió a los supuestos 200 o 300 años, sino que justo a los "supuestos" 100 años (si no recuerdo mal), la una edad normal para un humano.
Lo que más me irrita de todo es que dejan a la misma altura el creer en Dios y en lo de su "crecimiento acelerado". Por tanto, sabemos que lo segundo es mentira, cada día no es 10 años mayor (estará más chungo físicamente, pero de ahí a crecer...), esto es en realidad un juego, un cuento. Por lo tanto, por deducción, lo primero (lo de mandar cartas a Dios) también debe de ser igual de falso.
Podían haberle dicho que él era un marciano y el hospital era Marte, habría sido más entretenido.
Además, las cartas que escribe a Dios son absurdas. Recuerdo alguna frase como "tengo a mi mujer en el hospital" o "!qué duro es tener 40 años!" (!por favor!).
En resumen, !qué bonito es creer en un Dios a la medida de uno!, inventado, cuando no hay un adecuado acompañamiento espiritual. En ese caso la "religión" se convierte en un placebo, en un enmascarar la realidad, en "opio", como decía nuestro querido amigo comunista.
Sin embargo, el acercarse a Dios de verdad es siempre hacerlo desde la realidad concreta de uno, sabiendo lo que hay, a Dios no se le busca en un mundo imaginario.
Lo único que sí he encontrado bien en la película es la primera reacción de los padres ante el sufrimiento, que no lo soportan y el niño se da cuenta (es real como la vida misma) y cómo su actitud va cambiando. También me ha gustado que al final la señora le envíe una carta a Dios real, pero la verdad es que la chica rarita rarita es un rato.
Además, este Dios es tan generalista que no se sabe si es Jesús, Jeová, Yahvéh, Buda, Mahoma... ¿Es importante? Claro. No es lo mismo morir pensando que vas a la vida eterna que pensando en que vas a reencarnarte en un sapo.
