Un desperdicio de fotografía de Don E. FauntLeRoy, película predecible y prescindible, cuando asesinan al gobernador de Tokyo, obra de la yakuza japonesa y de la mafia china, sucede lo esperable, por supuesto un héroe americano y por supuesto un ex de la CIA llega al rescate del imperio japonés, y por supuesto y para peores se trata del inexpresivo Steven Seagal, del cual pareciera que su principal frustración es no haber nacido chino.
