Tom DiCillo parece renegar de su pasado indie muy a su pesar. En esta fábula cursi y esterotipada, desde un principio, pretende satirizar la comedia romántica americana a través de una parodia que, lejos de sus propósitos, se termina convirtiendo en un culebrón venezolano.
