Tito Steven se repite por enésima ves, ahora en la secuela de la que fue sin discusión alguna su mejor película.
Por lo demás sigue siendo lo mismo de siempre, Steve limpiando el lugar con todos los que se pongan en su contra a ritmo de aberrante música patriotera y chuscos efectos computarizados.
