Documentary Fabio is a waiter and a filmmaker. He captures important events in the neighbourhood Brasília Teimosa (Recife). In his archive, there are strange images of the president Lula while visiting the stilt houses. Fabio is hired by the manicurist Debora to do a video-book that will be presented to Big Brother, where she tries to enter. The film portrays a wide view about architecture. It turns the Avenue into a place of meetings and desires.
