Synopsis

On a stretch of secondary road in a thoroughly isolated village, an ex-Mafioso (Normand Lévesque) and his rebellious daughter-in-law, Coralie (Eve Duranceau), seek resolution for their dead-end lives and chronic financial problems. Desperate and deeply affected by the recent death of the woman who acted as wife and mother, respectively, the pair hope to find peace of mind for him and freedom for her.
