- Synopsis
- Who are the people behind funeral jobs? In THE LIVING, five young professionals at the beginning of their journey; Pierre-Maxime, Carolane, her sister Roxane, Sophie and Rachel will become our guides into the fascinating world of Thanatology.
As they learn more and more about their profession and show us the mechanics of death right after it happens, they will lead us into their very own experiences as “death workers”, sharing their stories, from the surprising to the bitter sweet. They will lend us their own gaze into their trade, beyond morbid preconceptions, to give us a clearer vision of what these death rituals mean for us, the living.
