Synopsis: Stephan an egotistical surgeon, gains some humility during a high-class patient’s heart transplant, where the patient's heart Kevin, comes to life and attacks Stephan. Kevin finds Stephan's discarded scalpel and challenges him only for Stephan to whip out a chainsaw. He raises his chainsaw to slash at the cornered Kevin only to stop when he hears the patient flat line. Through this Kevin and Stephan work together, to convince the new heart to become the patient's new heart, with Kevin's purpose over, he dies, and his ghost floats up and flies towards the light. Stephan finishes the surgery and saves the patients life.
