Synopsis
Marcha a Marcha is an independent documentary that recalls the constituent process in Bolivia since the struggle of its social movements. At the same time, the film shows the attacks on the Constituent Assembly by racist and conservative groups. The documentary begins with the Indigenous March 1990 and ends with the Public Promulgation of the new Constitution in 2009. Since that date, Bolivia has established itself as a Plurinational State and recognizes for the first time from the State the diversity of indigenous nations that inhabit in her.
