Synopsis

Pepe Rodríguez (José Luis López Vázquez) is an office worker who is spending the summer alone in Madrid, away from his wife who is on vacation with their three children. Taking advantage of his "Rodriguez" days, he tries to enjoy the day and night as a "bachelor" in the big city. But when the weekend arrives, he heads to the family reunion at the house in the mountains where his wife and children are vacationing. When he shows up with a black eye, he has to explain himself and his imagination distorts the reality of his warm summer days. (FILMAFFINITY)
