In the year 1999, the gang problem has become so rampant that some cities are in anarchy. In Seattle a principal employs three decommissioned military androids to act as teachers. But the androids go out of control and their attempts to enforce discipline becoming increasingly more extreme, soon resulting in them killing pupils.
