Drama French broker Jerome Varenne (Mathieu Amalric) lives in Shanghai with his co-worker Chen-Li (Gemma Chan). During a quick trip to Paris, he learns that his childhood home in the village of Ambray is at the center of a local conflict. He heads there to straighten things out. This escapade will change his life forever.
