A pesar de que Glyn McLyntock tiene un pasado oscuro y Cole Garret todavía lo tiene más oscuro son amigos con la soga en sus talones. Dice Jay C. Flippen que la gente no cambia y que hay que separar la manzana podrida de las buenas. En eso el héroe con moral y con ánimos de emprender nuevos caminos tiene la redención ganada a pesar de tener el cuello marcado.
