Quizás sea medio punto inferior a la primera, pero sigue siendo genial por muchos motivos. Sigue teniendo muchos gags ingeniosos y divertidos, además está la vuelta de "K", o el interés de "J" por el personaje de Rosario Dawson. A parte de todo el rollo intergaláctico. Luego, ver al perro como nuevo agente MIB es un puntazo. Y también contamos con la divertida aparición de Johnny Knoxville.
