Ti West se aleja del cine de género con este western vengativo de estructura clásica pero de desarrollo muy cercano a la comedia de humor negro. El guión es bastante mediocre, la dirección plana y el reparto, quitando a Ethan Hawke, está muy por debajo de sus posibilidades. En definitiva, un despropósito.
