Comedy
Torrente decides to settle in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the town hall of Marbella, and work as a private investigator. There, he is helped by Cuco, who collaborates with him on a part-time basis. Cuco's mission is to unmask Spinelli, a dangerous arms dealer who threatens to destroy the city if he is not paid 2 billion pesetas.

Santiago Segura se relaja y embriagado aún por el éxito de la primera realiza esta segunda parte pensando que le resultará tan sencillo el éxito como en la primera,bajando considerablemente el nivel, quizás...también repercute el que no cause ya la sorpresa que la primera.
