Basado en la novela The criminel de Lu Yanshif.
A mí me ha llegado esta historia de amor imposible y me ha emocionado toda esa sensibilidad que tanto el director como los actores han volcado.
Diría que no es de lo mejor de un director tan sólido como Yimou, pero merece la pena verla sin duda.
