Sheridan consiguió el reconocimiento absoluto con esta obra-denuncia sobre el conflicto irlandés, visto desde la injusticia cometida por la brutal y represiva politica inglesa para/con los irlandeses terroristas o pacifistas. grandísimo Day-Lewis bien flanqueado por papá Postlethwaite. Excelente banda sonora.
