Parcialmente nublado pasa por ser una de las piezas cinematográficas más encantadoras, ingeniosas, originales y maravillosas que jamás hayan existido. Es divertida, emotiva, brillante a todos los niveles y llena de ingenio y detalles que hacen imprescindible verla una y mil veces.
