Roman Polanski's version of Shakespeare's tragedy about a Scottish lord who murders the king and ascends the throne. His wife then begins hallucinating as a result of her guilt complex and the dead king's son conspires to attack MacBeth and expose him for the murderer he is.

William Shakespeare es un hueso duro de roer. Gran trabajo de Roman Polanski y su cuadro de actores; Jon Finch, Francesca Annis, Martin Shaw, Nicholas Selby, John Stride, Terence Bayler, Stephan Chase, Paul Shelley, Sydney Bromley, Andrew Laurence. Creíble y vistosa representación de la gran obra de shakespeare. Fotografía excelente. Escenarios reales. Película que representa a Macbeth muy puntualmente.
