Sin duda esta cuarta parte es la peor de la saga 'Guinea Pig'. Si no queréis perder el tiempo ved la 1 y la 2 sobretodo, para mi gusto son las mejores. Esta cuarta parte no tiene apenas la esencia de las demás entregas, son diversos sketchs sin ningún sentido que intentan repugnar al espectador, aunque sinceramente a mí me han causado más risa que otra cosa. Demasiado cómica para considerla de la saga.
