Aburrida. Desde que salen los créditos nos sentimos aliviados de que todo ha acabado y de que no tienen rastros para una segunda parte.

Una vez más nos sentamos a ver otra película de acción en donde solo vemos muchos tiros, muchas explosiones y muchas carreras. Esto no ofrece nada diferente.
Alex Cross (Tyler Perry) es un detective negro exageradamente fuerte que además tiene un tacto al estilo Sherlock Holmes de investigación un tanto distinto al normal al momento de saber con quién te has acostado. Entonces en Detroit hay un asesino (Matthew Fox, quien adelgazó demasiado para este papel) nuevo que con una idea absurda quiere joder una corporación de un tal Mercy (Jean Reno, quien últimamente nos ha dado muchos disparates juntos). Incluso nos quieren dar escenas estilo Bourne en donde el asesino habla con el detective y le dice frases “inteligentes” y “sarcásticas” como son “tu esposa está muy linda esta noche con su vestido color X” para que digamos “wow, lo están observando” pero nada de eso funciona ni en lo más mínimo.
Aquí se salva pocas cosas, como son Edward Burns que a pesar de que sus papeles a veces pasan desapercibidos siempre caen bien. Ni Tyler Perry, ni Matthew Fox, ni Jean Reno pueden hacer nada al respecto para mantenernos… ¡UNA HORA Y MEDIA! Pegados viendo esto.
