Stalin debe haberse revuelto en su helada tumba ante una película sin la hipocresía del cine soviético. Y los admiradores de Tarkovsky acaso hayan sentido incomodidad frente a un film que no es ni preciosista, ni intelectualoide. Sí, la principal virtud de El Ladrón es su sencillez, por eso la califico de exelente.
