Action. Thriller
The story centers on an experienced train engineer (Denzel Washington) about to be laid off as part of company cutbacks and the newbie conductor (Chris Pine) hired to replace him. They find themselves in a race against time to stop an unmanned, half-mile-long freight train carrying enough combustible liquids and poisonous gas to wipe out a nearby city.

... es que ya la habrás visto cien o doscientas veces.
Dicho esto, aclaremos que el sr. Scott el joven demuestra de nuevo su habilidad dirigiendo cine de acción, el sr. Washington vuelve a ser el héroe cotidiano que hace poco conducía trenes en el metro de New York y que, en general, todos los que intervienen en el film hacen muy bien lo que deben hacer.
