Sátira en clave de comedia negra y algo gruesa acerca del corrupto y caciquil mundo político mexicano (aquí en el medio rural a finales de la década de los 40). Empieza muy bien, va decayendo, se hace algo larga y quizás a veces cae en cierto histrionismo. En conjunto, se pasa un buen rato.
