- Synopsis
- Shepherds have been living in these mountains of Picos de Europa for more than 5000 years. For the Mier brothers, shepherds since they were 13 years old, this is still their home. Last year they had to sell their flock of sheep. The weather and the passing of the seasons condition their activity. They move from the Majada de Tordin to the winter pastures of Vierru and vice versa. After the harsh winters, the arrival of spring is an important change in their daily lives. Then summer will come again, and after it, inevitably autumn again, which will give way to a new winter. In a place where many would not be able to survive, they enjoy life.
